1. Services Provided
DNH Property Inspections provides professional home inspection services in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services include but are not limited to buyer's inspections, seller's inspections, new construction inspections, warranty inspections, investment property inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
2. Inspection Limitations
Our inspections are visual and non-invasive. We do not move furniture, remove panels, or perform destructive testing. The inspection report reflects the condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
3. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection. We carry professional liability insurance and general liability insurance for your protection. Claims must be reported within 30 days of the inspection date.
4. DNH ToDo List App
We also provide the DNH ToDo List mobile application. This app allows users to create and manage personal todo lists. The app operates entirely on your device - no data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
By using the DNH ToDo List app, you agree that:
- You are responsible for backing up your own data
- We are not liable for any data loss
- The app is provided "as is" without warranty
- You will not use the app for illegal purposes
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of inspection unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
